When you are fortunate to be able to live in a rural area, you will most likely become familiar with a septic tank. This one of the prices you will pay for the pastoral life, no public sewer system. Waste King even packages the disposer in biodegradable inserts instead of foam peanuts that do not degrade.

One of the primary reasons a suburbanite should consider the Waste King is the fact that it chops the food into much smaller particles which beak down in the septic tank much quicker as they offer more surface to degrade quicker. Smaller particles will also travel down the drainpipes with less chance of plugging the pipes. We have had not problem with the Waste King disposer for over a year and it still sounds like a garbage disposer it is a small price to pay for making life more comfortable while preserving our little portion of the earth.

The possible deception may be derived from an assumed different duty cycles for the two comparisons, but if not clearly stated may be considered deceptive by some.
