2008 Regal 2450 Cuddy Cabin Boat

Rating: 5 out of 5
  • Currently 5.0/5.0

We bought our 2008 Regal 2450 Cuddy Cabin Boat used and we were skeptical at first. We really didn't know the history of the boat or anything much about boating other than we liked water skiing. We wanted something with more power than the pontoon boat we rarely used.

We've been pleased with our Regal boat purchase and have enjoyed hours of entertainment on the water. The boat was obviously built for speed and handles remarkably well. Even a beginner can master the art of maneuvering the boat through tight spots and wave runs. The children love the cabin option because there's enough room for storing their boards, floats, and skis.

The Regal 2450 Cuddy Cabin Boat is a luxurious model for the money. The handrails, bow rails, and deck fill plates are all stainless steel and the non-glare dash makes driving this boat a pleasure. I like the sport steering wheel and appreciate the handy stereo controls.

The younger children enjoy the wide steps because they don't struggle getting in and out of the boat. Adults and children alike use the refreshment center frequently. However, if I had one complaint this is the area where improvement is needed. I would've appreciated a larger sink and more drink holders.

Spacious enough for entertaining small groups, the cabin accommodations are luxurious and comfortable. The Regal 2450 Cuddy Cabin Boat looks more expensive than it is and handles better than most comparable boats. The boat stands out among other boats of equal or greater value.

Quality throughout and gorgeous to see on the water, I'll probably trade this 2008 model for a newer Regal boat soon. However, I will always prefer the pontoon boats for entertaining only because the cabin option takes away from outdoor space.

I am in the market for a boat like this. Are you thinking of selling it? Thanks
