LG WM2101H Washing Machine w/ SenseClean

We've owned this washer for nearly a month now, and we're extremely pleased with it. We had one of the original Mighta great deal for it and following 10 years, the bearings went and it was too significantly cash to repair. I wasn't going to pay a great deal for a washer, but still wanted a front loader. I had a truly tough time discovering machines, simply because none of them had completely glowing critiques. I narrowed it down to the WM2101 and two greater finish models. The two greater finish ones had just a little much better ratings, but we opted for the WM2101, simply because the distinction in ratings wasn't large sufficient to justify an additional $400.
We're thilled with this machine. It is quiet, even much more quiet than our Neptune ever was, and we've not had any problem with vibrations. Our machine is up on 1 of those wood-slatted platforms, not on the tough floor. The greatest load we've carried out so far contained two king sheet sets (and instances), a king cotton blanket, two bath sheets along with a handful of hand towels. With that load, we did get an unbalance error, but it is been the initial 1 ever, and following redistributing, had no troubles. The spin cycle truly gets out lots of water and also the clothes hardly really feel damp, which makes drying quicker. Yes, the tune at the finish of the cycle is annoying, and is really tough to hear when the TV is going within the loved ones room, but the sound of the machine unlocking itself is generally what we've been listening for when the cycle is carried out.
We have been keeping the door open in between loads as other reviewers suggested, and haven't noticed any poor smells (we do use a scoop of baking soda in every load, which might be helping, simply because we by no means kept the door open on the old machine as well as following 10 years, by no means had any mold problems - we put just a little either under the soap cup or within the Prewash bin). The delivery guys suggested running an empty cycle as soon as a month with bleach, which we strategy to complete. And, as for the HE detergent, we've by no means utilized it with our old front loader and haven't utilized it with this one either with NO issues.
