Hey folks looking to finally buy a set of knives for the home and was looking for reviews of these three brands and how people like them. Looking for a quality knife but not at professional price tag. Any thoughts on these three brands would be appreciated.
Henkel would be the "classic" series
Mercer would be the "genesis" series
Global
Basically looking for a Paring, chef's, santuko, boning, carving, bread and fork.
If there is another brand that you would recommend over these, please let me know.
