For my birthday, one of the things my husband bought me was a "My Pillow" that's been advertised on TV. I was very pleasantly suprised. It is actually one of the most comfortable pillows I've had. It has a 10 year warranty, don't know if it will last that long, but it would be great if it did.

Have any of you purchased a "As Seen On TV" product? Did the product perform as advertised?

Bought the upside down tomato garden (Topsy Turvy). It worked !

Also bought a lint glove. Fantastic for getting lint off clothes and furniture.

Glad you like your pillow! I heard negative reviews from customers who returned them...

This year I bought a "Polar Pooch" cooling mat for the dog. The box said As Seen on TV, though I haven't seen it on TV yet lol. Anyway, the cat (who's the real muscle in the house), took it over, so I ended up buying another one for the dog. They love them.

Another thing is the "Insta-slit" gadget which, again, I'd never seen on TV, but which has that on its package. They were at the Dollar Tree years ago so I picked one up then went back for more. Poorly-reviewed, I can only think people aren't using it correctly. DH loves it, too, and calls it "that thing" lol.

It's a little gadget that opens packages. You depress a button, and a tiny bit of blade emerges to slit that hard plastic packaging. Then it retracts. And if that doesn't do it, you insert another part of the device into what you just cut, and run that through it to open it. It's very versatile. It's a box cutter, and it cuts through tough plastic. And for a buck!

The only thing I've ever bought like that was the Hurricane mop. I LOVE it! You can get as much water out of it as you want with the spinner which is great for my wood floors. It's like a wet dust mop. Or you can leave it wetter for the tile, etc. floors. The stand for it comes separate for another $15 but worth it. I see now where other companies are making a comparable item and they probably work just as well.

I see those pillows all the time but the thought of dropping $50 for one...well, I just can't bring myself to do it.

My husband iddn't realize how much the "My Pillow" was until after he bought it. He just saw it, and picked one up. I'm glad he did though!

I have a question... How many bugs does this hydroponic garden attract inside the house? Any?
