I've never had a problem with it. In open showers at music festivals, there is always someone who looks worse than me.

Meh.

We are all naked underneath our clothing. Think about it.

I don't understand why Americans seem to have such trouble with nudity while it's no big deal in much of Europe.

But of course it must be in appropriate places. Beaches okay, shopping malls, no!

Freedom, no shame of their body and don't care what others think or believe. America is a very inhibited country. I've experienced nude beaches, nude camps and no one cares what you look like...no judging.

Well if you are fat and flabby and ... (unable to tastefully describe dangling breasts) ... then maybe you should remain somewhat covered.

People should take more care in their bodily health and appearance. That is not vanity. It is taking an active role in your physical fitness.

I am a regular participant in a gym I pay for. I'm not young but I'm good looking for my age re: physical fitness.

Fitness is attractive. Or at the very worst physically fit people are not unattractive at any age.

It's common for people who have always assumed they wouldn't be able to go without clothes in public, to discover how easy it is for that to all change, when they're at such a beach or skinny-dipping. When everyone else there is bare, it becomes an instant new social norm, for the occasion, at least.

There's thousands of skinny-dippers in this area, at many places on rivers and lakes in the warm months. Then during the off season, there's numerous hot springs on the routes from ski areas, that they visit on the way home. It's been like this since 1975, when the Oregon Attorney General gave an opinion that knocked down misuse of disorderly-conduct laws, against simple, non-sexual nudity in public.

Jeesh! I don't even like to sleep naked! Makes me feel... naked! I did go to a topless beach on the French Rivera a number of years ago, though, and being topless was not all that hard.

What about a shopping mall at a nudist resort is it okay then?
