Racket ball by yourself. You can just beat hell out of the ball and nobody gets hurt but you when it comes back too fast and hits you in the eye!

Seriously, it really does work for me.

Those activities that you mention (and other similar ones) may diffuse anger temporarily but that's about it.
They just feed the anger / violence.
So though there may be temporary relief or release, the anger and violence that you "hold" (and probably to some extent feel empowered by) won't be cleared.

Unlike your list of things to do that all will hype you up you need to CALM DOWN!!

Walking, running, bicycling and swimming are all solo activities that force you to focus on the task at hand burning off anger and energy along the way.

Shut the world out while you work to feel the wind, water or wheels under you in place of what's angered you. After awhile you will be both calm and tired which is just what any angry person needs.

Also avoid any & all motorized distractions 'cause you want/need the effort to be about you, your anger and your body...........

I agree with your choices... I'd do the same. Zombie killing games like Dead Rising 2 are great and pushups are good as well.
