Actually the OP said "all ages and walks of life" ...

Personality wise, no not usually. Personalities are set in early childhood. A child that dislikes being held or hugged generally will not become some affectionate people person.

not to beat a dead horse, but...
"Do you believe that people change?"
"
Has your OWN personality changed since you were young? "
"Do you believe our personalities change after a specific age or time in our life? "

...do you genuinely believe such inquiries in adult and retirement forums was intended to apply to children?
Even a little bit?

This is NOT an adult Forum - check the age guidelines in the TOS.

If people change, they usually change for the worse. I have known some decent people as teens who evolved into mean-spirited and angry adults, usually because they didn't deal with life's stress/cruelties very well. Life took a toll on them and they ended up bitter.

People's personalities generally don't change much from the time they are small children and I've not seen good people getting better.

Well, I actually meant an adult. Any person over 18. Sorry if you were confused by what I said. Only an adult could really answer this question since children haven't had enough life experience or knowledge in general. I said all ages and walks to life because in my other thread I directed this question specifically towards senior citizens.

I think some can. I know some can't. People with mental illnesses that don't go through or stick with treatment will only get worse.

OK - thanks for the clarification and apologies for the misunderstanding.

Actually, when you have kids, you discover that they can seem to manifest personality changes on an almost minute-by-minute basis ...

Yes they can. But not in the sense where a girl can change a bad boy. That's just stupid. I believe that God can change a person by bringing the Holy Spirit into their lives. but it's up to the individual to choose whether they want to change or not.
