I feel shame while sitting on the couch with a bag of chips watching dancing with the stars. I do work out, so I justify myself for eating them in the first place. Afterwards I feel so disappointed with myself but I can't help myself. I have tried to curb my chip obsession with some healthier alternatives, but the craving never goes away

One time someone I dated made chicken fajitas and put MUSHROOMS in the pan. Sliced mushrooms in chix fajitas ?!

Yuck !
I like mushrooms, but IMO, they DONT belong in chix fajitas. That, and I've never seen mushroom in chix fajitas before, or since.
I ate the food anyway, as I was in a bit of a bind. I never told her how bad I thought mushrooms made the dish. I figured the next guy can suffer eating that. I wonder how often people are honest and say, "this dish is a bad idea, dont make it again." Lol.

I am shameful that I had to eat mushroom in Chicken fajitas, the dish would have been better sans mushrooms.

For sure, and Glam bands, dripping wet Jeri curls and Mullets. It was a shameful period for Hair in general!

Three words:
  1. Flock
  2. of
  3. Seagulls
If aliens ever came to earth and discovered such a shameful secret, they'd destroy the earth...and be justified in doing so. Any species that would inflict hair like that on its own kind has forfeited its right to exist.

I feel shame when I lash out at someone simply because I am in a bad room. I know people do this often, but I think it is quite shameful. I strive to not do that, and have gotten better. My last time was a year ago, and just thinking about it makes me feel lousy aagain.
