Thanks for sharing your experiences. I will try some of the tips that don't involve drugs.

Bought the loose tea, but haven't tried it....but if it is like the tincture...I should
be mellllooow.

My girlfriend having hormonal swings, often having been seen with a French knife
chasing her husband...swore by Primrose Oil.

Sometimes, the best remedy for this is to ask yourself, "Is is life threatening? dangerous? going to alter the course of my life? Am I supposed to do something about it, or let them figure it out on their own...and grow from it?" Analyze what's going on. If you're severely overreacting to something...yeah, it COULD be just hormones!

I just want to state that it's not always negative feelings. People assume when I say I'm emotional that I'm having negative feelings. Sometimes it's strong positive feelings too, but it's always something.

Maybe it is hormones. I don't know.

What do you think bi-polar disorder is? It is living life in extremes and either things are great and fantastic or they are terribly bad. There are no 6s and 7s just 1s and 10s. What you are describing are the symptoms of bi-polar disorder. However, I am not a doctor and I wouldn't diagnose you - just something to discuss with your MD. He or she can decifer what may be going on and whether a specialist is necessary or if it is just hormones and options for treating it.

Yes, I do often because I am the queen of over-thinkers. You must try to control your thoughts -- our feelings are borne of our thoughts.
