I'm trying to figure out how much sugar played a role into my sleep and anxiety problems.
I ran into a situation last night where I got high anxiety and some adrenaline. I analyzed what happened and it was those thoughts that caused my high anxiety. Then I couldn't fall asleep at my normal 9:00 - 10:00 PM time, but did sleep at about 1:30 AM and woke up many times.
Has anyone noticed that sugar affects their train of thought where you might get anxiety over an issue if you just had a box of apple truffles, but if you didn't have that much sugar the same issue would not give you anxiety?
Sugar messes you up. I have started a new no sugar after 6PM rule and it worked wonders. I then cut it out even more and feel even better. Aspartame is poison.

I had some sugar free crap too that night. The label said it contained Aspartame. No wonder. My bladder hurt, mouth was dry as a rice cake. Misery.
