One of those big buzzing fast-flying flies is in my room again, crashing against the blinds and getting as close to my ears as possible. It's testing my patience. The fly swatter is useless because the buzzing **** never lands on anything.
Somehow I got hoodwinked into the job of "block organizer" for our HOA. So I have to go deliver directories to everyone on our block. Wow - just driving through the neighborhood, it doesn't seem like there are actually this many houses! And it's HOT outside. I don't want to do it. Eighteen houses??????? I hope no one wants to stand around and talk.

It was at least as bad as I imagined. My gosh, it's 98 degrees out there.
I have a fridge full of food and no idea what I'm making for supper tonight.
How about making chicken parm from scratch.
