We will be leaving for a quick getaway at the OR Coast soon. The forecast is for cold, rainy weather. I have been bummed for days about this. But as one of my kids reminded me, "You could visit the Coast in July, and even then be cold and wet." So true. And I get to get away, and I love the Coast no matter the weather. So, this is definitely a first world problem.

I started boiling two dozen eggs yesterday and dozed off. I awoke to the sound of eggshells exploding, pot had boiled dry.

That was the day after I pulled about eight eggs out of the refrigerator, lost my grip on the carton and they all went flying. My kitchen floor is not clean enough to eat off of. Well, it may be now since I mopped up the egg remains. Two more, boiled ones, fell out today as I was moving them. That was lunch.

Then today I washed the two vehicles. It took twice as long as it should have because every single person who walked by wanted to talk about Town stuff.

I have to fly first class with my elderly mother to visit family out of state. There is so much going on in that sentence I hardly know where to start. I want to cry. I think I will drink three free drinks instead.

There was a little bit of ice cream left in the carton. I thought about that ice cream all day while I was driving around doing errands and when I got home, *he* had eaten it. If he loves me as much as he says he does, he should have read my mind and realized that I was intending to eat it when I got home. The honeymoon is over.

I bought the giant-sized package of toilet paper & just realized it's single-ply, not double-ply...damnit!

Ok now that really sucks.

When I was cleaning out my parents' house to put it on the market, I found about a gazillion weird wattage light bulbs. I mean, OK, I can use them or my mom can use them but dang it there are about a BRAZILLIAN of them.

Just got back from a short trip. Did all of my laundry within 4 hours of coming home, now must finish sorting and putting away that laundry. Yawn. I don't want to.

Also have to visit the grocer. I am so sick of buying groceries! Now that's a first world problem!

I also hate buying groceries. I am literally overwhelmed by all the food in a grocery store. I HATE to cook, but have to as I can't afford to eat out all the time.

I wish I could afford $15 for Amazon Fresh. I'd never go into a grocery store again.

We replaced our privacy fence last year. My husband spent TWO HOURS selecting boards after picking me up from work, and I had to stand there in HEELS. "There can.not be any knots in the boards..."
