Absolutely!! We switched to Netflix and Amazon only and I don't think I'll ever go back to a cable provider, this being one of the main reasons.
Hearing good things about slingTV
I'm going to cut the cable cord at some point, just like we did with our home phone, we booted that a few years ago, was paying 45 bucks a month for something we never used, never hardly rung and when it did it wasn't for us.
I'm loving this paradigm shift where the big cable/satellite companies are getting kicked to the curb. We still need them for internet access but I don't wanna pay for a bunch of channels I have no interest in.
Like this new a la carte approach that appears to be next new wave.
Because of all the crazy rain we've gotten (and I assume some fertilizing on the part of our yard guys), our grass is so lush and thick and green and springy that it actually kind of creeps me out. Like I don't know what's going on in there.
DH loves our Lexus better than me, but probably not as much as the grandkids. Today we drove across the river to get real Lexus service. They gave us a new loaner Lexus to drive around while they went over ours and did the scheduled maintenance.
We found a nice place to have lunch at. We had lunch; we got in the car and DH said he needs to put a few dollars of gas in the loaner. This car had every bell and whistle you can imagine on it. When you park, it shows you lines to follow when you pull in. It beeps if you get too close to another car. It has XM radio. You get the picture; it was fully loaded.
We could NOT find the button to open the gas tank latch. I mean we looked everywhere. So I finally got out of the car and went around to the gas tank. I touched the latch and surprise, surprise, it opened. All of the electronics loaded on the new car, and the gas tank latch opens manually!
My 2002 Honda has an interior gas tank latch, for Pete's sake.

Your Honda needs that to keep out the gas burglars. The manual hatch will not work if the car is locked or the fob is not nearby.
