I have a friend who moved into assisted living at the beginning of the year. Because insurance will not pay for more than one insulin shot a day, I drive over every afternoon to give him the second one. Only a 20 minute drive one way! Well, I have been trying to figure out why I have been gaining weight lately. Today it hit me!!! There are five fast food places, three sit down restaurants, two pizza places, and three convenience stores between his place and mine!. Do you think this could be the reason that my checking account doesn't have as much money in it as I think it should? I have got to stop picking up dinner on the way home.

I wanted to wear jeans tomorrow - so I did a test run of my outfit. The jeans were irritating the sores so it hurt. I am sick of wearing dresses and skirts. I wanted to take a jeans break.
There are these things called Band-Aids that you put on wounds so that doesn't happen......
It was too sensitive with bandaid (I was wearing one when I did my test run). I tried tht first. The abrasion happens to be in the worst possible spot. So no pants yet.
Multiple remote controls. I’ve had numerous so called “universal remotes” and they all sucked. Someone needs to come up with a “universal appliance language” so we can all have just one damn remote for everything.

The only problem is, if it's too universal, you'll be operating the neighbor's devices with your remote if you live close enough...
After eating a pretty normal diet for several months, I’ve picked up weight. I am reducing food intake. This my first world problem. I have to eat less than I would like. I have problems of abundance, not scarcity.
