Here, I drop some of my stress for you as you are able to get rid of it

It could be normal if you can live normal without missing and failing things.

motivation should come from within,,,,don't be reliant on others..

we've beaten down accomplishment/achievement so much ......thru the years.....

but....that's a reward for getting stuff done,,,

here is a problem I see in this world,,,,most of us are "clumpers"
we clump all out problems and stress into one big ball of crap.....now it looks/feels like too much..
you need to break things down,,,look them head on and conquer those issues so its no longer a problem..

set goals,,,,write them down,,,,short and long term,,
allow yourself to feel a sense of accomplishment for meeting them,,,even reward yourself

(be thankful....every morning say aloud 5 things you are thankful of) we've become a nation of cynics and procrastinators)

Any number of people are incapable of being lazy, I'm talking about the bounce-off-the-wall types. They see someone lazing about on the sofa, watching TV, hours after hours, and they begin to cry internally, knowing they'll never be able to lie down on that sofa for 15 minutes, without jumping up and finding something to do! And my heart goes out to these people!

I know a number of these types, where even sleeping pills fails them!

At 66, I've cut down on shaving to 2X a week, and my showering to 2X a week, supplemented with cat baths!

Think Cave Man! He'd only get off his fat rump to hunt for food! And if you asked him: Hey! Wanna jog thru the jungle for an hour or 2?

His response? Wake me up when you get back!
