It's like the "social" equivalent of setting up a two-way mirror in a room adjoining yours. You sit back as voyeur of the participants in a setting you created, never really intending to become a part of it.

I have a forum that I run. Its very very small because I don't permit that. You have to post once every 3 weeks. And you have to respond within 7 days to anyone who responds to you or asks you a question or answers your question. If you don't do that, you get deleted for "failure to post". When you sign up, I make all this clear, and you are signing up for a POSTING membership.
You are not alone. i often feel tired from life. I have my phase, I think we all do. There are moments when the grind just makes me tired. So i have to step back and re-evaluate life. I realize cleaning house can wait in favor of having girls night out, ditching work early to go to mall is worth it. Often times i do go to another extreme and then have to tone down my social life so i can take care of daily activity. At some point the table turns and cleaning house & doing laundry takes higher priority than party.
Write down things you enjoy? Do one of them per weekend. If you work 10/day, that means you work 4 days a week and have 3 weekend

Retiring in 12/17, so I can look forward to that.
I am 60 and I get tired a LOT. Tired of getting out of bed at 5:15, fighting traffic, goofy requests from boss, 30 minute lunch - no time to do anything but gobble a bite to eat. Waiting until 3pm when I leave. Walk for an hour, go home cook dinner. Do chores. Bathe, go to bed. Repeat......
