I've noticed that passes are given to women who hate men, even excused and sided with, but if a man hates women, he's equivalent to someone hurting a puppy and ridiculed?
Why is that?
Because women are the weaker sex. A man can do damage to a woman, but realistically what damage can a woman do to a man (that she's not married to)? Man up.

Misogyny isn't about "hating." Its about BEHAVIOR and PUBLIC STATEMENTS.
Men often don't recognize their misogynistic behavior because it's so ingrained in them and our society.
I have not heard similar statements by women.
I've never heard a woman say,
"Men shouldn't be allowed to work. They're just taking women's jobs."
"Men should get paid less. Women have to support a family, after all."
"Men shouldn't get that job. Their bodies aren't made for that kind of work."
"I want my husband's job to be me. That should be enough for him."
"I want my husband to have my dinner on the table by the time I get home, above all else."

Men are usually physically stronger. But many men have more power.
Women are often strong in their own way. They lack power.
I've seen no one equate the two. I see folks dismissing the fact that there is a lot of misandry and misinformation taking place. These women don't want equality. They want men to bow to them. And they're using the movement to achieve that.
Are you reading the posts?
Please give evidence for your belief that women want men to bow down to them.
I am a woman who wants no such thing.
I do think after reading posts in this thread, that some males are deliberately misunderstanding what women want. Believe me when I say, it is neither submission nor domination.
The women I know want respect and an equal playing field in the workplace. They want to love and cherish someone, but do not want to be treated like children.

"Husbands nag all the time. Nag nag nag."
About that mugging..."He was really into it."
About that assault..."What was he wearing?"
So according to your logic... there's not one woman in the world of whom is sexist.
Aaa, ok gotcha.
That's sexist in and of itself to assume that only men are capable of sexist behavior.
Men do get less sympathy with rape accounts fact. While women may get the what was she wearing once in a while a man will get the 'man up and get over it!' or 'was she hot at least?' etc Also, men are targets of violence way more most homicides are done to men but ones where it happens to women make new more. I needn't go on.
“Men are clueless when it comes to things around the house”.
“Men are totally insensitive”.
Five that I’ve heard from a couple of female friends over the past few weeks.
All of the stereotypes exist, and are ingrained in both genders.
You're right that women can make sexist statements about men, but look at the difference between yours and bpollens--those statements hold women back in society, keep women from advancing in the workplace and from making more money, and imply that a woman's only job is in the home. Your statements imply that men shouldn't do housework. There's a slight difference there.
It's what is popular right now. While some men have done very bad things to women, I don't think most men are the monsters that the media often makes us out to be.
As a personal rule I never make eye contact with women at work unless I have to interact with them and I avoid interacting with them altogether if its possible. Not going to lose my job because someone thinks I'm a CIS misogynistic creepy rapist pig because I looked in their direction
Oh, please. This is rather absurd. You think because you make eye contact or interact with a woman she is going to accuse you of being a CIS misogynistic creepy racist pig? Maybe you should brush up on your social skills.
Are you also one of those "nice guys" who has a problem getting women to date you because all they want to date is jerks?
Of course, there are "Feminazis" and "He Man Women Hater Charter Members", but as a general rule, most men and women are not haters of the opposite sex. I do not know any one who "hates men" or thinks they are the scum of the Earth. Women hate women more often than they hate men.

Sure, if they are actually heard in this day and age. I’m sure they still are to a degree, but I can’t recall anyone under the age of 40 say them, whereas the statements I mentioned were all said by women between 30 and 50.
And by the way the multitasking comment was in a work conversation about workplace effectiveness. So it’s not just about men not doing housework.
With today’s HR policies and diversity training I would be surprised if any decent workplace condoned bpollen’s work-related statements.
And I have heard - admittedly around 10 years ago so maybe things are improving now - a statement from a female kindergarten teacher that men shouldn’t be teachers as they take away jobs from women, and that women make better teachers due to their maternal instincts.
