As soon-to-be organizational psychologist from the Netherlands (Holland), I am researching unclear jobs and their effect on stress. This research is part of my MSc graduation, and I am very excited for the results!
My research focusses on two things:
1: are people with high emotional intelligence better able to deal with unclear job descriptions? Perhaps, these employees see "job ambiguity" as a challenge instead of a demand?
2: does role-stress have an influence on intrapreneurial behaviour (corporate entrepreneurship, e.g. creating new products, or finding new clients/partners)?
It would be awesome if some of you could fill out my survey. It will take you approximately 5 minutes. Of course, feedback on the survey is very welcome! Thanks!
