I wonder why people from the streets or such or less likely to be nerds and into stuff like medieval fantasy like dungeons and dragons, larping and such. compared to people who are middle class and such.

Think about it. How much energy and money do “people from the streets and such” have to devote to hobbies or pastimes? Middle class people have leftover energy and discretionary income.

that's right.
If you're talking homeless people or street walkers OP...not too many of them have computers and tabs or cell phones they can use whenever (if ever) they've nothing else to do.

Why play fantasy games when they get to play live action cops and robbers? Why larp with fake swords when they can play live gun shootouts?

People from the street don't got time for fantasy, their reality is much more eventful. No Monopoly money, it's hard cash for them
