Oh come on though! “One time this woman suggested she’d like to have an affair”?! “Once this woman touched my hand”?!

Who would even remember those 2 events if far worse happened to them on a predictable time frame that began when they were a woman and will end when they’re dead? Sorry, no comparison.

Have you seen these stories of female teachers having sex with their students?

They're rising in numbers.
And those are only the ones that get caught.

There are far more that don't get caught.

I’m waiting for the statistics on how the numbers compare in violent rape cases that occur. I mean eccentricities.

It's not a gender war. The OP had a legitimate question.

The usual droolers came along to prove her point.

All sex crimes are underreported, and it's quite possible crimes committed by women are extra underreported, as the typical crime by a female involves coercion rather than physical force, potentially creating a he-said-she-said situation, or one where the survivor or the people they report to feel some ambiguity about whether a crime really occurred. That said, I think it's pretty hard to dispute that, for whatever reasons, males commit more violent acts than females, and tend to take it further when they do commit violence (e.g. 9 of 10 homicides being committed by males), so, given that many sex crimes are committed as part of a more extensive attack, and/or are committed as a way of hurting and intimidating the victim, it's unsurprising that there'd be more male perpetrators than female, as males are committing both physically forceful violations and coercive violations.
