"Going Forward".

"We are going to be building a new house going forward".

"Our earnings outlook is quite good going forward".

It is just unnecessary and I cringe every time I hear someone use the phrase. Redundant.

What would you say> "We are going to be building a new house in the past"? Of course it is in the future! Going forward is just not helpful and makes the speaker seem like a rookie.

"Each and everyone" - how is each different from everyone?

"You know what I mean?" peppered throughout a conversation is annoying.

One of the big things I do that is just redundant is "I told him, I said." I catch myself doing some version of that a lot.

''No offense but, blah, blah, blah''.
Oh yes you are offending but want to sugarcoat it.

Each is different from everyone but is the same as every one, which is why the actual phrase is each and every one. The seeming repetition is used for emphasis, like 'Run, Forest, run!' or 'every single one of you'.

"Ax" sends me to the looney bin.

Most conversations carry some "fillers" to allow the person time to process the next wave of thought.

Seinfeld often did make light of such type of conversations.
Yada Yada. Or .."not that I'm against that".
