Mowed the back fenced in portion. When I was done, brought mower around front yard and finished where DH left off. Also, there was a board off a bit on the fence, so both of us fixed that.
Yesterday, a friend with a TBI was posting some dark stuff on FB. I asked her if she wanted to go out for the day. We walked around windowshopping and talked about everything and had a lovely time. Brightened her day, and greatly improved my day too. She's a ton of fun, and I'm glad I'm one of the people she considers part of her support system. I guess what I am proud of is the fact that I recognized someone was in a bad place and made an effort to help them pull out of it, and that I read the situation correctly. I can fall into my little work-from-home hermit rabbit hole sometimes and my friends can get overlooked.
Today, I just made some clients happy at work by getting them materials on schedule. It was a Monday. I wasn't aiming too high.
I had an appointment with a matchmaker today while in Chicago for business. They said I looked so good they wanted to take pictures of me . I’m assuming the compliment was genuine as I haven’t paid them a dime.
Location: Unlike most on CD, I'm not afraid to give my location: Milwaukee, WI.

Outstanding. Now get out there and start slaying the ladies.
I let someone go in front of me at the grocery store since I knew my purchase might take a while. She thanked me for it. I then went to a different store and waited in line forever while a couple of girls learned how to use a debit card for making a purchase and I didn't get annoyed.
I gave my sister advice about a difficult situation. She thanked me and told me she would not have thought to handle the situation in that manner and was glad she asked me. She told me she learns a lot from me. It made me feel good.
I went to the gym this morning even though I did not want to.
