Someone does not need to spend hours socializing if that isn't what they want to do. There are many other productive ways to spend one's time. Maybe a person would rather to learn to play piano concertos in their free time.

I am not promoting neither the site nor the person, but I like homeopathy and it worked for me and for my daughter. Spend some minutes going through her posts and podcasts and see what you would give it a try to if anything. She definitely has some recommendations for your matter as well.

I'm only a chapter in but already I'm seeing things that I recognize in myself and in most people to one degree or another. Mostly to a high degree given the culture we live in.
