Darn! I already made plans for attending Tuesday's meeting. If anyone else is going Tuesday I'll be the guy wearing the DCFD hat.

I read somewhere that you need to take the skin off of a snook otherwise it will taste like soap.

Was pretty cool..will be baking the Snook this evening to see how it taste.

I gotta say...I'm not happy with the El Jobean ramp. My catamaran sites too high in the cradle and I had to have me truck WAY too far down the ramp to launch and recover boat.

Mullet fishing?? I understand they will NOT bite a hook . Every Night I now see 6 to 8 Large Mullet around my Fish Light.. Hummm how to catch them? I thought of using a West Coast Dungeness Crab trap? Think 3 rings the first/top ring 3 to 4 feet in diameter the other 2 or 3 rings, each smaller than the ring before it. The whole thing lays flat on the bottom of the canal and all the rings tied together with " Crab" netting , to make a basket of sorts. When you see several fish hovering over the rings Yank the trap up and out as fast as I can and Maybe have some fish??? #1. and Most Important! would it be legal???
