Default What is my area called

I have a house on Rock Creek Dr, to be our permanent home some time this year. We are located just after the Edgewater bridge coming in from aligator bay on the canal. What is this area called? Thanks

I believe the Subdivision name for that area is Port Charlotte Sec 8. Without the exact address, I can't verify.

Here is a Charlotte County map link where you can check the subdivision sections or look on your Charlotte county tax report and the first part of your legal description is the subdivision name. You can zoom in on the maps and see the street names and waterway names too.

I'm near you and on my CraigsList stuff I always post Murdock area. It's within 3 miles or so from the circle.

Sometimes I refer to it as Edgewater south of 41.

You are close enough to be considered Murdock, like me. But if you want to be a true Florida mariner...your area is called the Pellam Waterway.

You're right, np. Better than Area 51! But not as good as Murdock OR Pellam!
