Anyone have recommendations for reputable reliable auto transporters within a radius of Port Charlotte? Or someone private who wants to drive north end of April? thanks.

It is awfully tough to deal with carrier one on one. Unless you find someone reliable to drive, you will do best to deal with a broker. It is a nerve wracking affair. Especially if you have a collectable or classic car.
I tried the auto train the last time. The problem with that is where the stations are located........middle of nowhere to the middle of nowhere...LOL
GOOD LUCK

I think almost every business you find will be a broker although, as stated, there's really nothing wrong with that. I hope you find a good one. According to the reviews, some of them seem to do a very good job.

Thanks to all. I used the guys at Brady Terminal on Mainline Road near Ft. Myers Airport. Totally professional .... couldn't ask for better. Drop your car, they take you to the airport, and car delivered to your door at destination. Take your right on Alico Rd. exit, down to Gator Rd., then a right on Mainline about a half mile down on your left.

What was the cost for your car shipment? This has been a fairly common topic over the past couple years.

Under $900. Considering transportations costs these days, and the excellent door to door service, it seemed fair. They came highly recommended. (you have PM)

Thanks!! I'm sure prices vary depending on the car, distance, insurance, and things like that! I'm glad to hear it worked out well!
