I have personally seen his company profile of completed building projects and Mr Sunshine has done work for me in Deep Creek and a total renovation/remodeling for my business partner, also in Deep Creek Gardens in 2011/2012.

He is not only Mr Sunshine, but also Mr Time Management, which I LOVED. With both contracts he kept to deadlines and was always very friendly and accommodating when we wanted to make minor changes to the original plans and agreement.

Throughout the course of the renovations, Mr Sunshine was very professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our two projects. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping and time log. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well.

We were out of town (country - we live in South Africa) for most of the time and he kept us informed of the progress made. He responds almost immediately to phone calls and emails and responds well to written questions submitted to him.

Our job was done with care and precision. He is extremely clean and tidy in the workplace and respected my almost OCD with hygiene and cleanliness.

I can recommend him highly and without reservation. I am not related to him and don't have any personal interest in his business - just a grateful and happy customer.
Well stated VegasBoy!! Now, I have to live with is oversized head!
How are things coming on the other fronts we talked about - remember to drop me an email or dm. When are you coming for a visit again.

Thank you so very much, that is super helpful. Pity that the builders that we were going to use did not know that, or did not advise us of that!!!

LOL, yes that and a couple of other red flags. I sold a home to another couple in Deep Creek, so will keep looking for something there already built. They have plenty of time.
