I will not go into all the details of why my house took so long, I could post a slideshow of all the pictures I have but I won't do that.
The Vice President of the company promised us in May that we would be in by the end of June,we gave notice to the rental company. On Thursday June 20th, a house with no contractors working- tile work not done, trim work not started, electric not finished, plumbing not done, painting not done my husband went to the President of the company, and explained what was happening, he came right to our house. needless to say we had our Certificate of Occupancy the afternoon of June 28th. No short cuts were taken, just contractors and a supervisor who worked long hours and the weekend to make it happen and the contractors that needed to come back and fix things have done so.

We are just kicking ourselves for not going to the President earlier, we probably could have been in back in April.

Karen and Jim were very lucky for having the Pres. and his great job supervisor from the beginning.

Despite what you think, the President doesn't know everything. Sad, but true.
