I guess you guys already have municipal water?

Out here in the boonies, we have wells and septic tanks. Hard to tell if/when the county may decide to grace us with 1)municipal water and 2) sewers, but I'm not anxious for either. It's not densely populated here either ( Peace River Shores) so I'd speculate they may not find it's cost effective for them to put either of these systems in any time soon.

Yes, I am on county water, no well. I have heard of Peace River Shores...where is that located?

It's north on US 17, just south of the DeSoto County line. The turnoff from 17 onto Peace River Shores Blvd. is spitting distance from the Walmart Distribution Center... which I ignore everytime I go by there.
