Don't forget the EXTRA bath rooms right by the pool, or your beer could be ruined!

You must have worked directly with Mark, and not had to deal with Matt ,or Dave the supervisor, who never showed up on the job-site but maybe once every week or two ,and by that time things were already done the wrong way and were really not even possible to reverse so you have to just live with it.Mark Dean IS REALLY A DECENT GUY, BUT HE IS ONLY ONE PERSON AND CANNOT BE ON EVERY JOB-SITE AT ONCE. I feel he has bitten off, way, way, way more than he can chew and the customers are the ones to suffer.I would never reccomend his company to anyone that I truly care for,it's just not gonna happen, sorry.

Anyone deal with Frank Fredericks? Any info would be helpful, we've talked with him, seems helpful and we saw one of his houses under construction, looked good.
