We just had to do one last year for a homeowner. It was a double lot also. Now that I think about it, I believe it was around $1400 for BOTH. it came back clear, so no problem going right to permitting. The lots were located in a "review zone", not "red zone".

They look like a poor version of a blue jay. Hence the name "scrub" jay. LOL Just my own rationalization. I'm no bird expert!

Second the recc for JV ...Joe Vidulich......he also removes Gophers, we have one on a clients lot right now ...over $1100 to trap and relocate

Just curious, can't the home owner get a trap and get the sucker himself or are they protected? I think you can still get a live trap then relocate the bugger to the country or perhaps the county will take him.

I thought regular gopher too! I knew about the gopher tortoise, I have one living right on my property line on the empty lot next door. What a shame no one can build there.
