There are smaller yards around that might be cheaper, but this one looks a little more professional (no personal experience with them, just observation). Also, there are several rack storage places down on the ICW. Might be handy to put the cruiser down there, and keep the skiff on your lift for local fishing? Not sure what the cost is, but lots of folks spend about 3 hrs of their cruising day running between the ICW and PG - saves a couple of hundred bucks worth of gas to start there instead; after you've done it half a dozen times, running down the middle of the harbor is kind of like driving to work - you leave, then you get there, and everything in between just kind of goes by.

Sounds like your lift research didn't produce any positive results?

Thanks wpc691 for the information. No only 1 lift allowed on 80' lot, so 1 will have to be stored when we are down permanently. I just need a place for a few months until the house is finished to store the flats than it will be lift kept.
