Oh but garage has high ceilings, room for 3 (with lift).

Bentleys are for rappers. Pass. I'd go for an '85 Eldo convertible, thank you.

As for the bug conversation, I've had my house for a year now on an interior canal in PGI and have been visiting every other month and so far I'm very surprised at the lack of bugs. Maybe I've been lucky so far but I was expecting a lot of flying things that bite but really haven't experienced anything worth mentioning. Having spent the last 20 years at a marina in south jersey every summer weekend I've come to know the no see ums and the green head flies very well. Don't know if Florida has any green heads but obviously the no see ums are here. Both of those critters don't usually travel to far from their habitat so as others have said I think the location of the house makes a big difference in the Florida bug experience. Mark

Mike, I only owned one caddy and it was the one posted. 85/ not a rag top, with a 8 cylinder. It was always in the shop getting repaired but had one helluva ride. Them doors weighed a ton and I had a hard time closing them without lifting up a bit. I remember the telescopic steering wheel also. Only car I ever made money on.

76- 89 were not great years for cars... not if you expected any of them to go fast enough to get out of their own way..( I owned several) anyway the 1985 Caddys could be had with 4.1 V6... 4.1 V8 ..4.5 V8 ... 5.7 both gas and OMG!! Die-sel... and a 6.0 V8 ( Gold chains and Fake Rolexs abounded..)
My 78 Grand Prix SJ was a Beautiful Car but it sadly came with a 301 with 4bbl. and was so disapointing that after 6 months I paid a speed shop in LA to rip out the 301 and drop in a go fast 389.. My 1983 Z-28 T-Top again looked great but was a total pooch.. So The Caddy above is a looker and the ONLY way it would blow your hat off is with the top down and you standing up hahhahaha

what a ride those boats had!
my v8 would shut down the cylinders as needed to 6 then 4 for fuel economy would be easy on GAS ON THE HIGHWAY AND PUSH YOU INTO THE SEAT WHEN CALLED FOR

I meant mine was a 81 with the v 8 6L 8-6-4 perhaps you had the ht4100

My dad had a 1975 coupe Deville brand-new he would go to bed and we would take it out, we had a good time with that car.
