I'm looking for a seasonal rental at Seminole Lakes, Punta Gorda for January, February and possibly March of 2016. Anyone have info on this. Thanks

There are no rentals listed in there right now. Here is the Seminole Lakes Property Owners Association Web Site.
Seminole Lakes Country Club
Work with a Rental Specialist and see if they can put you on a list. Otherwise see if you can get a copy of the Seminole Lakes newsletter. Homeowners do advertising for rentals in there. The rental market is very tough right now, even looking into the 2016 season. Most people do book a year in advance and there is a waiting list. The community does have rental restrictions of no less than 30 days and no more than twice a year. So many do annual or 6 month rentals and not 3 months, otherwise they lose out.
