We recently moved to Rotonda West in Charlotte County and I may be becoming "Google-ly challenged" or something lately. (That's the PC version of saying that I may be developing brain farts)

Where do you folks find out about events and activities going on in the area?

Sunshine Rules posts some great event info every Friday on the Sarasota-Venice-Bradenton site. Some of the events are really worth the short drive.

Thanks! No such thing as too much information! And PG isn't that far - 30-45 minutes - no biggie as long as multiple drinks aren't in plan.

03, maybe I drive faster than you do but Venice doesn't take any longer drive wise than PG from Rotonda, at least not for me.

LOL - somehow I doubt that Ma'am... I changed my profile picture to one of my "namesake" which may give you a hint.

Nope, Venice certainly isn't all that far. Just thought they're may be a page I'd missed where folks posted - kind of like a one stop activities page for SW Fla. No biggie - never hurts to ask. If ya don't ask, the answer is automagically "no"...

Good looking namesake. Good idea to have a thread with the activities in PG etc.
