Ya I kinda agree, I feel a bit sorry for him, but it seems he's a pretty big drinker and not looking for work sooo... but I don't want him living there with my neighbors on both sides and Lord knows what a mess he'll leave. He's just trying to hide the boat from the repo guys and picked my lot to hide it on, and yes, I don't need to be sued! At least he picked a salt water lot with short access to the harbor and then across to the bars!
Looks like a 1990's Sea Ray WA about a 26 footer. Also, I don't think it's been winterized yet

I am missing something here.....there is some one living on a boat, on a lot that doesn't belong to him, so he doesn't own it and is not paying rent! It's own by MrsCool....did I get this right. He won't leave, the cops have been there and they did nothing but give him a warning? Is he not trespassing? Well I am no attorney but I thought trespassing was against the law, especially if the trespasser will, or has done damage to the property. Is the boat on the lawn not causing damage to it? Where is he going to the bathroom or showering? I don't understand why the police haven't got him off the property. Are the laws in Florida different from NY?
