Well it got me to thinking that maybe I have been missing some really good taxpayer's meetings in North Port since I live in Punta Gorda.

True, and like Mac I live in PC too (actually not too far from him) but I do have relatives who live in PG near the 7-11 crime scene and have interacted with some of the PGPD guys on the water. Even though I'm retired I still have a respect and friendship with other LEOs I've met over the years.

7 am? No working people can attend, just a bunch of snowbird retirees. I say we have it once a month at the Tiki Bar. Oh yeah, no drinking and driving.

Better yet, let's meet at the Dunkin Donuts. At least we'll get to snack on tasty treats full of fat and hollow calories!
