Actually the guy I spoke to said it didn't reduce headroom by much. Price was $1600 per door. What I didn't get was my single door was the same price as my double door.
Gary just copy and paste the link, that's all I do.

Don....how do you post YouTube videos to CD?
In my client's garage, it reduced the overhead space by about 6". Not a big deal unless you have a truck to park in the garage.

I like the idea of either the retractable roll up screen or the screen on tracks both give you full access to the garage and I think it would look nicer when the garage door is down.

The nice thing about the roll up screen is ease of install and the price between $500-$600.

I'm thinking of removing the frame and screening on my lani and replacing it with a roll down screen

I would like to see how it operates with a car in the garage.

Gary, do you know if this price includes install and is this price for a 1 car or 2 car garage? I know my husband is itching to get something like this for our garage.

Never mind. I found what I was looking for.

Please let us know what you decide?

It's probably going to be a while if we do it. 2 car garage was about $1,200 and the ceiling in our garage is kind of low - not sure how well it would work. I really don't want to wind up having to park my car in the driveway.

Our neighbor down the street has a garage screen that looks like it is a "Storm Smart" automatic installed on the outside. I'm sure it's more expensive than other options but what I like about it is the privacy the screen provides...especially since my washer and dryer are in the garage. I'm just wondering how much of a difference the air flow would be. I REALLY like the privacy aspect though.
