You have a problem with our youth being interested in becoming involved with community politics?

That's exactly what Deutsch did. He said a hundred times he will put an end to the sewer expansion plans back in 2010. So the people voted him in. Within a few months, he was suddenly pro-sewer and never looked back

I think that in many cases people who run for office have preconceived ideas of what they will do and what they think they know. Then they take office and find out the reality is quite different.

Do not have a problem with youth getting involved. What I do have a problem with is inexperienced trying to fix something that isn't broken.

For those that don't know, you can look up your sample ballot here: Precinct Finder
Once you put your address in, you can click on the Sample Ballot link.
I did my research on who is all running and now know whom and what I'm voting for....

What political system is perfect? There isn't a one that couldn't use some fixing.

There is the saying "better the devil you know, than the devil you don't"

In the case of PG I don't think that applies as I don't see any Devils. They seem to be very community minded and responsive to the people who elected them.

That is one of the nice things about small town government.
