Huh, usually when the water dips into the 70s, we're safe til the next summer. We were beached on the gulf-side of stump pass today and all was good. Saw two dead sail cats floating by, but nothing alarming. Placida/Boca has gotten hit hard this year.

Stop in at South Beach Bar & Grille at the southern tip of the island. The only real beachfront restaurant in the area.
