The Wyvern Hotel will be continuing repair work on the west façade of the structure, which will require the closure of the sidewalk on the west side between U.S. 17/Marion Avenue and E. Retta Esplanade. In addition, the closure of one lane on U.S. 41 northbound is required. The construction is scheduled for June 19 through June 28, barring any delays due to weather.

I passed there today at 1:25pm signage was not good enough. Traffic backed up but delay not too long.

Go that way every day and thanks for the 'why'. Not a big hold up at 6:15pm but earlier I can suspect could be more.
A couple more days...... Thx for the clarification!
