I had heard it had been to Scotts' desk. I guess he didn't sign it? I also dread the time change too.

At least this time of the year no one should be LATE for anything !!!!!

But, wasn't The Sunshine State getting out of this IDIOTIC back and forth with the clocks twice a year ???

I thought we eliminated the practice. Or at least getting out of this.

.
The “Sunshine Protection Act” went into effect in Florida in July but so far has been stalled in the U.S. Capitol halls. U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Miami, has filed not one but two bills to make the change permanent. But Washington has failed to act and Florida’s clocks will fall back in November just as they have for years.
