There are 2 stations in Colorado Springs that I pick up, I don't know the call signs but they are at 98.1 and 107.9, and they are both horrendous. 107.9 is only better than 98.1 because they don't have the absolute bush league of on-air "talent", and their playlist is only slightly better, but still very dated with the worst of it's catalog.

Now, the stations in San Diego were way better. Magic92.5, 101.5 KGB, and Jack 100.7 are great stations.

I get three here. One plays country (UGH), one plays hard rock, one plays classic rock. I listen to the classic rock. Of course, like all radio stations in the nation they are Cumulus Broadcasting, the McDonald's of radio.

I'm gonna pick 3 from my area that I actually can get and do listen to and probably like the best. -

1.) New Rock 104.9 the X (Fayetteville, AR) - http://www.newrock1049x.com/

2.) Big Dog 97.9 (Joplin, MO) - Everything That Rocks Big Dog 97.9 - Homepage

3.) Classic Country 860 AM KKOW (Pittsburg, KS) - http://www.kkowradio.com/

There are a few others that I listen to sometimes, but most of them are owned by Clear Channel or Cumulus and I honestly try to avoid them if I can. lol

edit: sorry if the links aren't working. You'll have to copy & paste. I'm new here and not familiar with things yet. :/
