Lucky I am a media nerd.

You a tri-stater? Isn't WFAN the juggernaut in sports. Try their website WFAN.com

Generally speaking most large and midmarket sports talk stations are online.

Glad to help.

Jim Rome probably has an affiliate and he's on from 12:00 till 3:00 pm M-F and I'll bet he's gonna talk a bunch about the Jets tomorrow morning/noon.

He's got a few affiliates on am and fm;

NJ Monmouth WADB-AM 1310

NY New York WEPN-AM 1050

If you want to spend the money to join his site, he has pod cast, mp3s and realplayer formats with a 30 day archieve.

If you can find an FM station, you can set your Sansa View/IPod to record the thing for free.
