Unhappy I miss you Blueberry

I lost my beloved Blueberry this morning. She was a dear and devoted friend. Almost 2 years to the date of losing Barnie (my 18 year old beagle), I found myself holding and whispering my words of love to another friend that has now traveled across the rainbow bridge. Though my heart aches, I truly believe that they're together again, and are forever happy, healthy and surrounded by pure love.

So sorry for your los. In my belief system, they are all running the great fields of the sky, happy and healthy, with lots of new friends, some of them my pstur-babies.

While I know you ache, I am so happy to know she has another puppy pal waiting for her and that my own lost beloved is in some pretty good company now.

jbm32206,

I'm so sorry you lost your beautiful friend/family member this morning. I also believe Blueberry and Barnie are together in a beautiful place full where there is no pain and as you stated, there is pure love.

You've been given some wonderful expressions of true sympathy, understanding and love among those who have been in a similar place. Lean on us to help you through this tough time right now.

Helping each other is how we make it through the difficult days.

Take the time you need to grieve Blueberry. No two people have had the exact same experiences with their beloved furry friends/family members. Grief takes as long as it takes.

May you find some comforting words or music in this thread. Sometimes writing about your dear one or creating a photo album of Blueberry or other ways you may chose to honor her can help.

We're here to help you however we possibly can.

Sending cyberhugs.

MSR

Jbm,
You have my deepest sympathy and understanding in the loss of your dear Blueberry. What a charming name! And she looks like such a wonderful cuddly bundle of fur lovin'. Once you get past the painful loss, you will have memories to hold onto, and a place in your heart that is just for her. Take care.
