Should I move to Rolesville
I need some help. Would you move into a new house in Rolesville or stay inside the betline.
Rolesville - Long commute
- can I make money?
- What can you do in Rolesville?
Inside the betline - No commute, but old house.

Don't fret about the commute, it is a small portion of your day, much smaller than the portion spent in a house you are not 100% happy with!!

I moved out to Rolesville for a year or so but ended up getting married and relocating to Holly Springs. If you can stay there for 10 years it will build up, and you'll probably make some good money. I liked it out there.

lovely town, And your home will definetly appreciate. Get it now while you can, with heritage and wakeforest on the doorstep those prices won't be going down anytime soon. Amenities and coming.

I have to agree that rolesville is "up and coming" and has more access to rtp since 540 was completed. Is there a lot to do there? Not a ton! Parts of rolesville (off of rogers road) are about 7 miles from the heritage part of wake forest (near the harris teeter grocery store, etc). There are definitely some more developments planned out there, and some nice ones that are just beginning. I would make a guess that 5 years from now it will be much more developed.
Inside the beltline is also beautiful, a very different feel than rolesville. Much more walkable (in some areas) great lots wonderful trees and houses that are more unique than new construction.
I think it all depends on what you want for your commute and way of life.

If we move to the area to retire and be close to children who are in N.Raleigh,
would Rolesville be good choice ?? Looking at 2700 sf house on .55 acre for $240,000.
