Where in Cary/Raleigh could I go to pick some up?

Thanks in advance!

Where I work, there are lots of this year's Yellow Pages that nobody has picked up (they've been sitting out for 2 months). If that's all you want, I could get you some.

Otherwise, you could always go "dumpster diving" in a recycling bin that takes phone books, and at least get last year's. Many times they are still in fairly pristine condition when thrown out.

Dozens lay out under our mail boxes for weeks til some one cleans them up...
I really think there has to be a better use for all those trees than unused
phone books.

Mine went right in the recycle bin. If I see the guys delivering them I always tell them "No Thanks."

I've recycled mine for the last few years. It seems like we used to get ONE but now we get a few.

WHO puts them out? That is who I'd contact!

You can also sign up here YellowPagesGoesGreen.Org and they will contact the the publishers (for free) and tell them to stop dropping the books off at your business or home.
