Smile Taxes in Youngsville-Franklin County

Can anyone tell us what the property taxes are in Youngsville-Franklin County? We are contemplating a move to that area in the near future.
Thanks,

Thanks,
One example:

Sale Price = $228,150.00
Lot Size = 0.77 acre
Taxes = $1,850.00/yr.

Figure on 1% of sale price and expect it to be a tad lower and you will be OK.

Here is a link for the 2006 tax rates. It breaks it all down for you, and within city limits or not.

http://www.co.franklin.nc.us/docs/taxrates.pdf

You can also call the county and ask them what the rate is for your specific area.
