Taxes in Youngsville-Franklin County
Can anyone tell us what the property taxes are in Youngsville-Franklin County? We are contemplating a move to that area in the near future.

One example:
Sale Price = $228,150.00
Lot Size = 0.77 acre
Taxes = $1,850.00/yr.
Figure on 1% of sale price and expect it to be a tad lower and you will be OK. |

Here is a link for the 2006 tax rates. It breaks it all down for you, and within city limits or not.

You can also call the county and ask them what the rate is for your specific area. |
