Got some at the Sunset Lake HT and they are good. The cashier who checked us out was rude but the doughnuts were a thumb's up!

Saw them at HT at NH.

Are they any good? I didn't want to buy six of them to find out they're yucky.

I am a Cheerwine fanatic! I used to have my grandmother in Lexington ship it to my house in MS when I was a kid...hee...when I was little, I looked forward to coming to their house to have Lexington BBQ and Cheerwine. I was a redneck gourmet even when I was 10! I personally think the Cheerwine KKs are pretty good. The center is a little tangy and sweet. It, to me, tastes like a chocolate covered cherry. It does taste like Cheerwine, though. Not something I'd eat every day because of the calorie/fat factor but a good every now and again treat.

Default Cheerwine Filled Krispy Kreme Donuts

Does anyone know what Raleigh area grocery stores will have these? I didn't see them at the Harris Teeter in Cameron Village but maybe I was looking in the wrong spot. I hear they will only be available for a limited time and I want to grab a few boxes for my friends up north who I'm visiting in a few weeks.

Got a box yesterday at the Leesville Rd Harris Teeter.

Lady at the bakery said they didn't have any, but I found them over by the dairy section.

They've been available at the HT at Univ. Mall in CH. I brought a box to our family's 4th of July celebration. I'm not sure how I feel about them (I had about 1/3 of one). The filling on it's own is a pretty good Cheerwine interpretation, but I don't think it matches well with the donut/glaze/chocolate icing part very well. It's just a strange clash of flavors, and I love fruit/chocolate/pastry combos. I do think it was a fun experimental thing for KK to do. Now we need the Sundrop filling with a lemon-lime glaze.

I'm waiting for the KFC Double Down Krispy Kreme Cheerwine Doughnut Sandwich to make a local appearance:
